The LetterGen Suite contains seven main modules :

1. LetterGen Document Generator is the heart of the solution.  This server based module generates contracts, letters, and forms based on an incoming XML message which contains the data, logical rules, and document templates needed to present and deliver a paper or electronic document.   The Template definition contains logical business rules of the document structure, presentation and delivery options.   LetterGen templates are stored with revision control information in ModelStore which is an integral component in LetterGen. Structured, unstructured on-demand, interactive, high volume and batch document generation, presentation, and delivery are all accomplished with this module.
2. LetterSketch is a tool used to create and enhance LetterGen model letters, forms, contracts and marketing communications, etc. Also referred to as the LS Templates, the design and layout of the document, the data structures and business rules are created using this intuitive tool. LetterSketch includes all functionalities used in MS Word including ease of use, images, pictures, tables, and barcodes etc.  LetterSketch is based on OpenOffice standards. Anyone with knowledge of word processing and mail merge will find that using LetterSketch is easy, intuitive, and powerful.  Performance when merging LS Templates and data using LetterGen can produce up to 36 million pages a day on a single server.
3. LetterData is a powerful module which allows for the completion of letters, contracts or e-forms by one or more users participating in a workflow.   LetterData allows users to start entering data into any document type, and provides an intuitive user interface to assist in navigating and completing document centric tasks.   Documents that require more than one person to complete or approve a process are a perfect fit for LetterData, because of its ability to dynamically build the document based on data and choices made by the user.  Once completed, documents can automatically start a multi-step workflow to allow collaboration, approval, and digital signatures to be added to the document. LetterData is the perfect solution for the legal, financial, healthcare, and insurance industries - where complex documents are combined with security and compliance restrictions.
4. LetterTools is a library of supporting tools enabling  PDF-creation, migration to MS Word and simple printing. It also includes a development toolkit to help you develop additional tools.
5. LetterSigner a module which can be incorporated with LetterData to allow users to digitally and manually sign PDF documents. The signature is visible after signing, and the digital signatures provide non-repudiation to assure the validity of the signed document to all recipients.  Viewers of the signed documents see a visible green check mark to assure that all signatures on the document are valid and the document has not been changed.  In the event the document has been altered after one or more signatures were applied, a clearly visible warning is displayed in the free PDF viewer.
6. LetterWriter is an MS Word plug-in allowing end-users to select predefined compliant and approved document fragments (sections of a document pre-designed for legal or compliance use) and included  with logically resolved variables in their document. 
   
7. LetterXSD is a tool that can easily create and manipulate XSD structures.
